Event Management Plan (Basic)

The Event Management Plan is a summary of all the details of your event that can be used as a reference tool by stakeholders, staff and contractors on event day.  It can also include important information prior and post event.  The document serves as a useful tool for stakeholder meetings to help summarise all the logistics and operations of your event without the need for continuous information sent back and forth.  This document also assists staff and contractors and should be the answer to all questions in relation to your event.

This basic Event Management Plan has been designed for smaller community based events where there is no fee to enter and there won’t be alcohol available for sale onsite.
