We have tried to make it easy for you to find your way around the organiser but if you get stuck, you may find an answer by looking through some of the more common queries below. However, if you still can’t find what you are looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to help.
Click on the ‘Add a Listing’ tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Please note, to upload your business or service, you will be asked to sign or register. There is no cost to register.
There are three options to choose from:
Basic Listing – There is no cost for this option
Monthly – This option costs $15 per month, with the first month offered for free.
6 month Premium Listing – This option costs $80
12 month Premium Listing – This option costs $150
Whichever option you choose, you will be sent an email letting you know it will soon end. You then have the option of cancelling the subscription. Note, if you do nothing your subscription will automatically renew.
You have four options to choose from.
The first is a basic option, which is a free but has limitations to how much you information you can show.
All the other options are premium and offer the same benefits but can be paid for differently. You can either pay monthly, six monthly or once a year.
A basic listing will show all of your contact details plus your logo and two photos. Your description will be smaller in length than the premium option and you will be given the default banner image.
Choosing the premium option will push your business or service up to the top of the search results. Including all the benefits of a free listing, you also have the opportunity to create your own banner, upload 10 photos, a video and provide a longer description.
After signing in, go to my account, select my listings, click on switch plan and choose the plan you would prefer.
You will be asked to upload photos and images when listing. To optimize your listing, it will be better to have them correctly sized. Below is a list of images required:
Logo – 120px wide x 120px high
Banner – 1920px wide x 1080px high
Gallery Image – 1200px wide x 800px high
Please make sure the image you are uploading is either a PNG or JPG, less than 5MB and 72dpi.

You can edit your listing by signing in and clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
Go to My Details > My Listings > select Delete
You can list more than one business or service but you can only list one at a time.
Go to your listing and click on the ‘Claim Listing’ icon located on the right hand side of the banner. If this is not shown, the listing has already been claimed. Note! If you haven’t already registered with The Organiser, you will need to register first.
Once you have claimed your listing, an email will be sent to your email address. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

We have several options for how you can advertise with ‘The Organiser’. To request an advertising kit, please email us at email@example.com.
Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email so you can create a new password. Just go to ‘Sign in’ and and click on ‘forgotten my password’. Please note, for security reasons we cannot reset your password for you.
If you wish to delete your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete your account for you. Note! Any listings associated with the account being deleted can, if requested, be transferred to another existing account.
If you only wanting to delete a listing and NOT your account, please refer to the supplier listing area of the FAQ’s for help on how to do that.
When searching for suppliers, you can save your favourites by bookmarking them. To bookmark a supplier, you will first need to register with ‘The Organiser’, or sign in if you are already a member.
To view your bookmarked suppliers, sign in and click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page. Once in ‘My Account’ click in bookmarks.
