Joint Interpretation Conference 2009 (INNZ – Interpretation Network New Zealand)
“As our committee started planning our first-ever conference (hoping for 120+ attendees from NZ & Australia) we soon realised we needed professional assistance. We chose “The Organiser” in Rotorua, not just because they were in the city we had chosen as our venue, but they gave the impression that they knew what they were doing.
And they certainly did! As the countdown to the conference progressed Debbie was always able to guide us through the myriad of decisions that needed to be made. She ensured that the conference planning covered all the ‘nut & bolts’ while allowing the intangible needs of our delegates to be catered for as well.
As a result the conference developed a unique 4-day ‘culture’ of its own, that made a lasting impression on those attending. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Debbie and the team at “The Organiser” to assist in the planning and management of any conference.

I would like to express my thanks to Tania for her exemplarily assistance with organising events and transportation for an international conference held in Rotorua in October 2010.
Tania was without doubt a key factor in the overwhelming success of this conference. At all times from my initial contact Tania was polite, helpful and highly professional. Considering I was organising events from a remote base (I was in Melbourne) I felt I could trust Tania with my requests and was delighted with her prompt and detailed responses. Nothing appeared to be too difficult for Tania and her attention to detail was fantastic.
Our delegates came from North America, Australia, Europe and New Zealand and thanks to Tania all left with a positive perception of New Zealand and a deep appreciation for the unique and important cultural bonds.
I thank Tania for her support and hope I get the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
